The client reached out to Apex regarding a few wind-blown shingles she discovered in her yard after a storm. Upon our inspection, we found the existing roof had been poorly installed and was deteriorating in various areas. The previous roofer had driven the nails excessively, causing the shingles to slide down the roof after only 15 years.  

  During our demolition process, we discovered multiple layers of old roofing on some sections, a situation we always address by completely removing the old layers. The installation of the new chimney flashing and GAF HDZ shingles in Pewter Grey has truly transformed this beautiful home. Apex also installed a higher-functioning ridge vent that efficiently utilizes wind to expel hot air from the attic.
