The client called Apex as they were heading out of town with a major leak popping up the day before from a missing shingle and inferior underlayment that had a tear in it. We were able to get out there before the next rain to install a temporary tarp to stop the leak. During our inspection, we discovered that the roof needed replacement due to aging shingles and poor installation, which reduced the roof’s life. The client chose the Golden Harvest color from the American Harvest selection for a beautiful and unique look.
